Since I've had a hard time keeping this up on my journal. Here's the short of it.
Basically, I'm on day seven of non stop daily, and sometimes twice daily gym visits.
I've been taking a bunch of classes. From my always reliable spin class to total body conditioning and even some pilates in the mix. I've been wonderfully sore for three days.
On Saturday I'm taking a Zumba class with L. Don't know what Zumba is, but I'm sure it will be fun. She said I'd probably be OK at it since it's a lot of latin dance. I would agree, but I have issues with coordination. I can totally dance salsa, but that's just 'cause I was raised with salsa in my life. Also, it's never coordinated!
I've been too broke to eat much, so my food intake has been minimal. Though, the drinks thing is still a terrible hindrance. It's tough when you have friends working at bars offering free drinks to come hang out.
MUST STOP DRINKING. An amstel light has 95 calories a bottle. But beer is so blah. and if I had 5 beers!? that's almost half of my daily caloric intake.
OK, so I'll probably only hit the gym today for a quick 30min run.
I have silly meetings today and can't break away for lunch and the wed spin classes are always booked by 8am.
Don't know what I'll have for lunch today. Maybe just snack on some cheese and a clementine. Maybe some pita chips. Don't know, not hungry
