Since I've had a hard time keeping this up on my journal. Here's the short of it.

Basically, I'm on day seven of non stop daily, and sometimes twice daily gym visits.

I've been taking a bunch of classes. From my always reliable spin class to total body conditioning and even some pilates in the mix. I've been wonderfully sore for three days.

On Saturday I'm taking a Zumba class with L. Don't know what Zumba is, but I'm sure it will be fun. She said I'd probably be OK at it since it's a lot of latin dance. I would agree, but I have issues with coordination. I can totally dance salsa, but that's just 'cause I was raised with salsa in my life. Also, it's never coordinated!
I've been too broke to eat much, so my food intake has been minimal. Though, the drinks thing is still a terrible hindrance. It's tough when you have friends working at bars offering free drinks to come hang out.

MUST STOP DRINKING. An amstel light has 95 calories a bottle. But beer is so blah. and if I had 5 beers!? that's almost half of my daily caloric intake.

OK, so I'll probably only hit the gym today for a quick 30min run.

I have silly meetings today and can't break away for lunch and the wed spin classes are always booked by 8am.

Don't know what I'll have for lunch today. Maybe just snack on some cheese and a clementine. Maybe some pita chips. Don't know, not hungry

Monday:

Did not go to the gym. The girls forced, yes, forced me to go out for a drink. I had one scotch and two and a half amstel lights. Then Christine made me, yes MADE me, go eat pizza. We had TWO slices. Fatty....

Tuesday:
Ate a sandwhich with 25% less fat provolone on multi grain with whole natural mustard. Drank water instead of that pepsi I really wanted.

Had two girl scout cookies.

Went to get some immunizations for school (MMR OUCH!). My little arm still hurts :o(

Went home and ate a bowl of left over pasgetti and meat sauce. I made the meat sauce myself using; red pepper, onion, diced tomatoes and tomatoe paste. Cooked lean ground beef with Adobo seasoning and lemon juice. Added the sauce. Sauted some onions and mushies and threw that in with the sauce. The pasta was regular pasta, not whole wheat.

Wednesday:

Had not time to go to the gym, but it's OK since I had no time to eat.

Went to register for classes at 8:30 am and didn't leave until 3pm. Scurried into the office to run some end of day reports. Went home at about 7:30.

FINALLY had a chance to eat and had a big bowl of beef stroganoff when I got home last night.

Today, Thursday:

Coffee and Ate an apple for breakfast

Spinning for lunch

Sandwhich with just turkey and cheese on wheat

yogurt, granola, peach

Tonight I prob won't go to the gym again.

Oh and last night I had a spoonful of ice cream-the boy eats ice cream like it's going out of style

FRIDAY:

No gym, ate a sandwhich for lunch and some fruits and a power bar.

DRANK WAY TO MUCH while hittin up four different spots. Shared a flank steak and a salad with my friend and continued to drink

SATURDAY:

Too hungover to go to the gym. Too hungover to eat (ate a sandwhich which came back up. Ate some grapes, that didn't stay down either). I think that will equal each other out. Not the best way to do that though.

SUNDAY:

Had a piece of toast for breakfast

Went to a Total Body Conditioning class for 55 mins. My hamstrings hurt so much. They even hurt if I bend at the WAIST SITTING in my chair. My tummy is sore, but that feels good.

I have a 7pm spin class. I'll probably do a quick run right before that class.

So far I've eaten a buffalo wrap and a bag of 100 calorie thin chips.

Won't eat dinner. Maybe have an apple and a plum

So last night I ate even more that I said I would. I'm sucha fatty, but I felt a little faint so I had to.

After that lunch sandwich:

Another Clementine

Another mini Power Bar

A few pretzels.

Then I went back to the gym after work and did another spin class

My gym buddy had this bright idea of going to the boxing class right after our spin class. I didn't do any sports in school so drill stuff has never been introduced. Can I just say: Jess, you're NUTS! This is so INTENSE. I was so wobbly and and tired and out of breath I wanted to die. I stuck through 35 mins of the class (45min class). It was constant movement and jumping and crawling and push ups and punching and jump rope and running and and and...I seriously was about to lose my s  h i t.  I took a 15 min shower at the gym (i never do that) because I was trying to regain myself. I slept like a baby. I did have to eat another half sandwich and a few grapes after that glass because I just was starving and weak and dizzy and felt so pukey.

Today I feel great though. I'm not even sore. My muscles feel tight, but not really sore. I work out a lot so maybe that's why. I need to do more this type of work out because the cardio is getting boring. I need to feel pain to feel like i've dont something.

TODAY:

So far I drank to cups of coffee with skim milk and equal and ate one mini power bar for breakfast. I'll eat another clementine before lunch and for lunch, i'll have a sandwhich on 12 grain like yesterday (i bring my lunch in to work).

I'm also drinking a lot of water. More than two liters a day.

I seriously better see some sweet results by the time we get married in August. I start school the first week of March so it's going to be tough to go to work full time, go to school part time and work out. I'll probably only be able to work out at lunch and on the weekends.

Today:

Coffee, skim milk, equal.

A clementine

A power bar. It's a tiny one that only has 15 calories and a lot of protein.

In two mins I leave to go do my spinning class for my work lunch break. Supposedly one losses between 400 - 800 calories in one.

Plan on having a turkey, lettuce tomatoe sand which on 12 grain with no mayo and natural whole mustard for lunch in about an hour.

I've lost 11 lbs since october, even with the all that thanksgiving and christmas goodness!
